Annette Towne

Annette is a healthcare professional with twenty-five years experience in a diverse range of community and hospital settings. She has extensive strategic and operational experience with hospital organizations and new start-up programs. Prior to 1999, as a hospital-based Director of Planning and Development, Annette led the strategic planning process that included new program development and physician needs analysis. She has a thorough understanding of the complexities of recruiting and retaining physicians. Annette is a graduate of the UNC School of Public Health Executive Master’s Program.  

Pam Tripp

Pam joined Carolina Physician Recruitment in 2007 with 30 years of related healthcare experience. Her professional life includes academic work as a professor in Radiologic Technology, Director of Medical Imaging Department, Vice President of Ancillary Services and Vice President for Business Development in the hospital environment.  Pam’s many years in Hospital Administration gained her vast knowledge in the dynamics of physician recruitment and retention. Her passion is to recruit professional healthcare providers to improve the health within the area they serve. She earned a Masters degree from Campbell University and from Pfeiffer University.
